Tuition Reimbursement Benefit*

Benefits-Eligible Health Professionals

To help support you, Providence Health and its family of organization caregivers have an online tuition/education process and aligned policy for benefits-eligible caregivers. The easy-to-use process allows for online submission of applications and receipts for reimbursement. Benefits-eligible caregivers have the option of participating in an immediate tuition reimbursement program if they are attending the University of Providence. This option provides funds earlier to pay for schooling at the beginning of the term. Additionally, Caregivers can choose to defer tuition reimbursement for at least 30 days from the term’s start date stated on the term invoice. Caregivers can access the Notice of Deferral document on the Providence HR Service Portal through the UP knowledge article under the “Tuition Process” Header.”
