Healthcare Professional Tuition Incentive Program

Healthcare Professional Incentive

Supporting the healthcare workforce by empowering current healthcare workers to pursue affordable, in-demand healthcare education opportunities with a unique tuition incentive.

Today’s healthcare landscape is rapidly evolving, with providers across the country facing persistent workforce shortages and high turnover. Montana and the greater Northwest are no exception to these challenges, as many regional organizations grapple with limited funding, rising patient demand, and uncertainty surrounding long-term federal support. These pressures have made it increasingly difficult for providers to recruit and retain qualified professionals, especially in rural and underserved communities where access to care is already strained.

To help address these critical gaps, the University of Providence launched the Healthcare Professional Tuition Incentive. The incentive is designed to support healthcare workers of all walks who are eager to start, enhance, or advance their career within the healthcare field with the goal of developing qualified healthcare professionals while reducing the financial burden of tuition. this initiative empowers future and current healthcare workers to pursue education and training opportunities that lead to meaningful, lasting careers.
