Over the last three months, we have had the opportunity to step back and think through how we want to structure the HR function to maximize our synergies with PSJH infrastructure but also ensure a local presence. We hired a temporary HR consultant in November, and are happy to announce that we are now prepared to post this permanent position later this week.
The role will be posted as an HR Director and will be based in Great Falls. The role will continue to report to Justin Crowe for local accountability. This role will also be set up on the PSJH infrastructure to allow this individual the opportunity to leverage many of the resources that the broader system has to offer.
As such, the position will report to Debbie (Peugh) Gibson at the system from an overall PSJH HR perspective. After much consideration, we believe this dual reporting best positions this individual for success and ensures that UP employees truly have access to all of the PSJH system resources for aligned processes and programs.
