Detailed Description of Layout

UP @ NITE will be at the Chapel Quad

Strobel's will be delivering and setting up on Friday, August, 26, 2021 the following:
2 (20X40) canopies
1 (12 X16 or 12 tiles) black dance floor
Please mark all sprinkler heads in advance. Strobel's will be communicating with Chet.

DELIVERY ONLY no set up. Chet's team will need to set up. Seating for 200.
20 round chairs
200 white folding chairs

All this will be picked up by Strobel's on Saturday, August 28,2021 pick up to be arranged with Chet.

Friday, Aug 27th, 2021 Day of Event starting @ 2:00 PM
Kelsey will be setting tables and decorating at 2:00 PM
Facilities will be needed to help hang strings of lights from trees and canopies. Extension cords may be required. Nic is purchasing the string of lights.

Buffet line will need to be set up. Service from both sides of the line. 4 (8ft tables).

DJ booth will need 2 (6ft or 8ft) tables and 2 white chairs
DJ booth will also need 1 marketing UP Pop up Tent for shade.

Additional UP Pop Up tents could be required for shade.

Will be closet to the Student Center.

Buffet Line (4 8ft Tables)
Approximately 6 round tables with chairs

Dance Floor and DJ if possible between the tents and along the Trees for electrical.

National Guard will be setting up closest to Emilie Hall (old basketball court / volleyball)

Depending on availability we will straw bails blocking the tent polls
