Almost seven years ago to the day I started my life as an Argo and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I had decided to move 1700 miles away from my home in Spanish Fort Alabama to play for the University of Great Falls Women’s soccer team. The University quickly became my home away from home with all of the amazing relationships that I was creating from teammates to professors everyone here was supportive and friendly.
four short years later with all of the new-found knowledge that I had acquired – I was bright and hopeful college grad ready to take on the world. I was fortunate enough to graduate college with a career lined up. I started off my career with a fulltime job at Enterprise Rent-A-Car where I quickly moved up the ranks and became an Assistant Manager. Within Enterprise I gained tons of invaluable skills on how to run and manage my own business.
After a few years with Enterprise I was eager to continue my education in the hopes of making myself even more marketable as a business professional. That leads me to where I am today! I have made a complete circle and have found my way back to the University of Providence where I am currently working as a Student Services Specialist! As for my near future, I am beginning my MBA in November and cannot wait to see what doors that opens for me. The University has given me so much to be thankful for over the last seven years – I am ecstatic to be back on campus helping to change our students lives just like how mine was changed!
