We are happy to report that, through a transparent application process, Scheri Cox has accepted the offer, effective immediately.
The role is structured to maximize our synergies with PSJH infrastructure, but also to ensure a local presence. To accomplish this goal, Scheri will continue to report to Justin Crowe for local accountability and will be on UP payroll. Her role will also be set up on the PSJH infrastructure to allow the opportunity to leverage many of the resources that the broader system has to offer. From an overall PSJH HR perspectives, Scheri will report to Debbie Gibson at the system. After much consideration, we believe this dual reporting best positions Scheri for success and ensures that UP employees truly have access to all of the PSJH system resources for aligned processes and programs.
Joining UP’s community in November as our HR Consultant, Scheri helped immensely by stabilizing a variety of HR work. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge and has added great value to our campus. She recently moved to Great Falls with her husband, and loves the outdoors, sewing, crafting, reading, and playing with her granddaughters.
