GREAT FALLS, MONTANA – University of Providence is calling all ghosts and goblins, princes and princesses, and everyone in between to join in on the annual Spook-A-Roo Halloween event. The event takes place on Oct. 31 from 5-7 p.m. in the Student Center.

“For the past 21 years we have been providing a safe and fun place for the Great Falls Community to trick-or-treat, and we are excited to put on another fun year of Spook-a-Roo,” says Emily Phillips, coordinator of student activities. “Being able to bring the entire community together is something we look forward to every year. What makes this event so unique is that all our students are heavily involved in creating fun and safe Halloween activities.”

The fun, free and family-friendly event is for children ages 0-12 with chaperones – the entire family is welcome to enjoy the event, as well! While there is no charge for the event, University of Providence is requesting families to bring canned food to help local food pantries.

This year there are a few new surprises and scares. Campus will be opened to trick-or treating at our newly renovated Student Center and our freshman residence hall, Emilie Hall. There will be a haunted house, photo booth, pumpkin patch, face painting, cookie decorating and truck loads of candy.
