For Immediate Release

Great Falls, Montana—In celebration of the courageous spirit and message of Martin Luther King, Jr., the University of Providence is hosting a public program at Trinitas Chapel on Monday, January 16. The event will kick off with the ringing of the bell at 10 a.m. outside the chapel. This complements the nation’s ceremonial ringing of the Liberty Bell at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, as a symbol of freedom and justice.

The program will continue in the chapel to include music from the Great Falls Community Gospel Choir and UnTapp3d. University of Providence President Anthony Aretz will deliver the keynote address followed by an excerpt of a Martin Luther King, Jr. speech. After the program, attendees are invited to gather in the Student Center for a soup and roll luncheon.

This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome.
