Returning or Transfer Student Housing Application (2025-2026)

  • Hello from the University of Providence! Returning and transfer students interested in living on the University of Providence campus during the 2025-2026 academic year should submit the form below.
  • Please rank in order of preference: Argo Hall, Sikora Hall, Sister Rita Mudd Hall, Mother Joseph Hall

  • A meal plan is MANDATORY for all residents.

  • Price Point 1: $5664/year

  • Unlimited Access: Students can eat as often as they want in the Student Center dining hall. $0 flex to be used at other campus locations operated by Dining Services.

  • 14 Meal/$300 Flex: Students can eat 14 meals per week in the Student Center dining hall. $300 flex per semester to be used at other campus locations operated by Dining Services.

  • 140 Block/$300 Flex: Students can eat 140 meals per semester in the Student Center dining hall.  $300 flex per semester to be used at other campus locations operated by Dining Services.

  • Price Point 2:  $3964/year

  • 10 Meal/$300 Flex:  Students can eat 14 meals per week in the Student Center dining hall.  $300 flex per semester to be used at other campus locations operated by Dining Services.

  • 100 Block/$300 Flex: Students can eat 140 meals per semester in the Student Center dining hall.  $300 flex per semester to be used at other campus locations operated by Dining Services.

  • *Unused meals in the 14/10 Meal plans do not carry over from week to week and unused meals in the 140/100 block plans do not carry over from semester to semester. However, unused Flex $ does carry over from semester to semester.

  • *Students living in Argo Hall, Sister Rita Mudd Hall or Sikora Hall are automatically assigned a 10 Meal/$300 Flex plan. Students wishing to choose a different meal plan can make that change upon request/when arriving to campus. The amount of time students have to change plans is limited to a short period of time, typically 2 weeks, at the start of each semester.

  • Housing Prices for the 2025-2026 academic year are as follows:

  • Argo Hall: $6,698

  • Sikora Hall: $6,698

  • Sr. Rita Mudd Hall: $6,698

  • Mother Joseph Hall: $6,184
