Pamela Goodrich

AHI Program Lead

Pamela Goodrich, MSN, RN
Program lead for the AHI program, teaches informatics for the MHA, BSH, MSN, and MSI programs.
My education background includes a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish, a bachelor’s in Nursing, a master’s degree in Adult Education, and a master’s degree in Nursing with a specialty in Nursing Informatics; my doctoral studies are focused on strategic leadership and organizational change.
I have worked as a bedside nurse, informatician, and nurse leader in a variety of settings including acute care, ambulatory care, long term care, skilled nursing, home health, and telehealth; and have had the opportunity to teach and lead education programs in number of education settings as well (e.g., K-12, college/university, corporate education, healthcare organizations).
Most recently my attention has been focused on informatics, quality improvement, and clinical education. I am passionate about uniting informatics, education, and quality efforts to support the access to and delivery of excellent patient care. My eclectic background has served me well, and I look forward to sharing interests and experiences with you.
