GREAT FALLS, MONTANA – The University of Providence (formerly University of Great Falls) Performing Arts Center is proud to present “Legally Blonde: The Musical!”, the award-winning stage adaptation of the beloved comedy.

The community is invited to enjoy this lighthearted story of learning to believe in yourself and your abilities. Filled with rousing music and electrifying choreography, “Legally Blonde: The Musical!” follows the adventures of Elle Woods, a Malibu socialite (and fashion expert) who applies to Harvard Law School in order to win back her ex-boyfriend who broke up with her because she wasn’t “serious” enough. Mocked by the other law students, Elle must find strength in herself, and empowerment in new friends like Emmett Forrest and Paulette Buonafonte.

University of Providence junior and choreographer, Paul Yount, artfully arranged the production’s many dance numbers. The talented cast and production team comes together from a variety of backgrounds, including: UP students, Great Falls’ community members, and service men and women from Malmstrom Air Force Base.

“Legally Blonde: The Musical!” premieres Nov. 10, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at the University of Providence theater (1300 20th St South, Great Falls) with nine more show times to follow. In anticipation for the event, The Celtic Cowboy will debut a “Legally (Strawberry) Blonde” cocktail on Nov. 4. The special lasts through Nov. 18.

Tickets may be purchased for $10-$18 at the theater door, or in advance at www.BrownPaperTickets.com, and include a fun and lighthearted pre-show consisting of karaoke songs performed by cast and crew members. The audience will even have a chance to participate if they find the urge.
