A graduate of the University of Providence program will be a transformational leader in healthcare. Transformational leaders are critical thinkers who are able to operationalize innovative change projects, lead and inspire others, and are guided by legal and ethical principles. The leader is able to strategically leverage systems and informatics to optimize quality organizational outcomes, improve operations, and create healthy person-centered environments.
The program is offered in eight-week online courses for working professionals who desire a robust and marketable degree. Through a sequenced, cohort model, students complete one course every eight weeks and finish within two years. All students must attend a 1.5 day face-to-face program orientation prior to the start of the program. New cohorts begin in January and August each year.
Providence St. Joseph Health and Partner organization caregivers and are eligible for special tuition pricing for this program. The cost of this program is $31,500 ($875 per credit). With the PSJH special tuition pricing, caregivers, spouses/partners and dependents pay $23,100 ($641 per credit). Financial Aid is available for this program.
